In contemporary air-to-air missile is a very important weapon on the fighter, the performance of the fuse security structure not only relates to the safety of people and equipment but also relates to the damage to enemies target levels. Due to the special environment of air-to-air missile launching, need to build a missile launch process simulation environment on the ground for testing the fuse security structure. This equipment is using centrifugal principle, rotation acceleration through two-dimensional allocation principles to build the environments for simulating the missile's launching, fling , Autonomous flight. In such simulated environment we can detect the missile security structure and obtain fuse parameters. In the system we need real-time monitoring of the fuse motion state, so this paper is about the testing part design. Testing part research mainly is about two-dimensional acceleration acquisition and displacement measurement systems and fuse command control system.Acceleration is important parameter for simulating missile movement, in the experiments we should put fuse axial and lateral acceleration signals real-time uploaded to the computer,so that the computer control turntable and fuse. We should not only know the missile's acceleration and generally know the its displacement, if the fuse arrived the set distance so computer will be notified. In order to reduce the consumption of computer, we used in 2d acceleration sensor automatic calculation of missile displacement。This paper also designed the overall test strategy of fuse signals. The author's work mainly include:(1) overall design scheme of the experimental platform;(2) overall scheme design of testing part;(3) design of 2D acceleration sensor; (4) calibration two-dimensional acceleration sensors;(5) analysis of missile motion state according to the experimental data.
