| The brushless DC motors (BLDCM) have the advantage of small sizes, low weight, and easy to maintain. So it has been widely used in every field of industrial control and has a broad prospect in application. The theory of BLDCM and design method is already more mature. Its further application depends on control strategy.Conventional PID control has simple construction, high reliability, and easy to realize. PID controller has good control effect if the parameters of system model have not big variation, but when controlled object has high nonlinear trait and high uncertainty, PID control can't achieve good result. As brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is a multi-variable and non-linear system, using conventional PID control can not obtain satisfied control effect.Aiming at these problems, This paper design a speed-adjustment system of brushless DC motor based on grey prediction controlThe grey prediction controller is independent of system model and overcomes the shortcomings of classic PID controller, so the grey prediction controller has good performance and simple algorithm. The controller can be designed without accurate motor model. The simulation illustrates that excellent flexibility and adaptability as well as high precision and good robustness are obtained by the proposed strategy.The high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) has been gotten widely application in the field of motor control. At last of this paper, TI's TMS320LF2407A DSP is used to build up the driving system and control system of permanent magnet brushless DC motor. And a software system is worked out to achieve the function of current sampling, rotor position detection, speed control and current regulation. |
