The effect of piston wind on subway station environmental is one of the most important factors in subway's energy consumption. Piston wind is an effective method to have energy conservation on subway ventilation system during the transition season and winter time. Based on the data summed up from site survey, the report was focus on two aspects: the law of the affection on subway environment that caused by piston wind and the applicability of the platform screen door with vents in Side-platform station.According to the data surveyed from Tianjin Subway Station, the report has analyzed the law and factors of affection on Side-Platform station that caused by piston wind, the comfort under the changing subway environment, and has provided the boundary condition and initialization for the mathematical simulation. In addition, according to the monitor of the station temperature consecution, the report has analyzed the regulation of the raising temperature in subway platform.In summer, platform screen door with vents can reduce the cooling load of the platform because it obstruct thermal from piston wind and train. The report has calculated the cooling load of automatic sliding door system and platform screen door system with vents of the side-platform station, discovered that the cooling load have great many differences in two systems.The cooling load of platform screen door system with vents is the half of automatic sliding door system, in this way, the capability of refridgerator and draught fan can cut down significantly, and energy consumed can also corresponding decrease.This report has founded the mathematic model of Anshandao subway station used by CFD simulation software in Tian Jin, did the dynamic simulation for the automatic sliding door system and platform screen door system with vents respectively, and also carried on the accuracy verification for the mathematic model used by experimental data. Through the contrast to the simulation result of two systems, the result though the temperature of the subway platform is a little lower compared to the automatic sliding door, there will be less affection on passenger's comfort and also the PPD of the platform in this system will be lower. Therefore, in the Side-Platform station, the comfortable and energy saving of platform screen door system with vents is superior to automatic sliding door system in northern.
