With the advancement of technology, the development perspective of hydrogen generation technology for SPE water electrolysis is more and more expansive. For improving the performance of electrolysis, reducing energy consumption electrolysis, the research of new current collector with high catalysis activation has important signification.In this paper, as the main effect factors for SPE the physical parameters, such as the porosity, pore size and thickness of Ti-based porous plate, were studied. The preparation technics and electrolysis capability of various catalyst coats in different character cathode and anode current collector by thermal decomposition method were researched. The above factors effect on structure, modality and electrolytic properties of catalyst coats was analyzed, and the electrical activity and stability of Ti-based porous plate current collectors was found out by 900 hours life test.The results showed that: PM SPE as a porous titanium electrolysis of water- hydrogen electrolyzer electrical technology is feasible, prepared by the thermal decomposition of the Ru-Ti cathode-coated electrical and IrO2-SnO2-coated electrical appliances in the anode Current of 100 A, water temperature of 60℃under 900hours life assessment, the initial voltage of 2.06 V, the termination voltage of 2.10V, for the recession law 44.5μV / h.
