Analysis And Assesment Of The Operational Reliability Of Fire Equipments In Building

At present, fatal fires sometimes occur in our country, the public fire quite is serious, the situation of the housing fire is from bad to worse. The dissertation studied the running fire equipments in building, whose operational reliability had been scientific analyzed and assessed., provided the decision-making basis for the fire supervision and the safety management; provided the foundation data for the fire risk assessment.First of all, applyed the system analysis viewpoint and the reliable theory, combined the working principle of the fire equipment,the dissertation defined and the analyzed the operational reliability of the fire equipment in building. It ascertained its appraisal target system, discussed its suitable method, choosed the GO law to analyze the fire equipment operational reliability.Next, the dissertation studied the management reliability of the fire equipment running system.it dissertated constitution and the content of the management system, consulted the equipment assessment results and the expert opinions, establishes the assessment target system, choosed AHP law to evaluate the fire management system synthetically. Finally, through the example's validating,the dissertation established a synthetic assessment target system,consisited of the equipment andthe management, given the summary and the forecast for the research.
