| Study has been done to the resistance wall of 1# and 2#coke oven system in the coking factory building of Xiangtansteel. Comprehensive survey testing and test analysis have been done to the Status of the use and material properties of resistance wall. According to the actual test results, and through structural calculation and analysis of temperature stress, the main reason for cracking damaged to the resistance wall has been revealed; And with the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment accurate assessment has been done to the resistance wall. Effective strengthening programmes and construction technology have been studied and proposed. And this provides a reliable technical basis to the revel of safety problem of the resistance wall. This reinforcement insures the safe use of the structure. Its main work and research as follows:1. With the method of rebound, ultrasound and coring, systemic detection have been done to the breakage of component, material strength, and material properties of the resistance wall. The application status and basic properties of the resistance wall have been mastered, and the defects and injuries existence of structural have been revealed.2. Methods of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, differential thermal analysis, and scanning electron microscopy have been used to analyze the components, materials properties of the heat-resistant components of the resistance wall. Adverse impact such as aggregate thermal expansion, thermal stability characteristics to structural have been revealed.3. The tests and analysis of the resistance wall and columns surface temperature have been completed with the method of infrared photography and embedded thermistor. Through analysis of temperature stress, the damage effects to columns with temperature stress have been revealed.4.With the method of space finite element analysis, systemic Mechanical analysis and bearing ability verification have been done to the resistance wall, in-depth analysis of damaged reasons of the resistance wall also have been done.5. With the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment, setting up a multi-factor evaluation matrix, and combine relevant regulatory requirements, the reliability comprehensive analysis and the reliability assessment to the resistance walls of coke oven have been done6. According to the test results and use of the resistance walls, the different strengthening methods were discussed. After analysis and comparison, strengthening programmes and construction technology have been put forward. The reinforcement of the resistance wall of coke oven has been done at the state of not stopping production. The actual use of project indicates that the reinforcement is reliable, and effective.This study results not only provides a reliable technical basis for the solution of safety problem to the resistance wall of coke oven, but also provide important reference value to similar reinforcement project. |
