Study On The Optimizing Plan In Coke Oven Heating Control Models

Coke oven heating control model is developed in recent years as a effective coke oven heating control way, it plays an important role in maintaining the stability of coke oven heating, reducing energy consumption of coke oven, extending service life of coke oven. As coke oven heating is a complex thermal process and coke oven heating control model is related to computer hardware, automation, energy, and other multi-disciplinary, it is very difficult to develope a good coke oven heating control model and maintain normal operation.This paper introduces the coke oven's basic structure and coke oven production process, the measuring and regulating method of several key indicators in coke oven heating process are described . The coke oven heating control model of the status quo at home and abroad and the heating control model in Baosteel PhaseⅠcoke oven are analyzed . The shortage and need to improve in heating control model in Baosteel PhaseⅠcoke oven are identified, the major content of this study and the optimized shceme for heating control model are determined. A feasibility study is carried out one by one, the relativity that determined to optimize the temperature, suction whether the scheme could implement are proved , the parameter of revision of coke oven temperature is confirmed. The implementde scheme has produced prominent effect operation result.
