Research On Urban Land Layout Based On Evaluation Of Urban Land-use Diversity

A certain extent, the problem in many cities is due to the irrational layout of urban land-use. Thus, how to determine the distribution of science and rationality is essential in planning. Based on principle and ideology of biological diversity,the land diversity focus on the diversity and heterogeneity, reflecting the complexity of urban land-use, reflecting the city's vitality.The land-use diversity is an important characterization of the city diversity.The evaluation of it takes the view of ecological. First,it evaluates the status of the diversity of urban land-use,and identifies problems. Based on these issues,we can plan the new program,to guide the rational distribution of urban land-use.Finally,it provides a new way for the determination of planning though taking the layout of the land compared with the original layout of the land.This approach promotes the scientific and feasibility of urban planning,it broadens the theory and practice perspective of urban planning.This paper takes the layout of the Dengkou country as an example,using a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, evaluated the status land-use diversity comprehensively.According to evaluation results, this paper sums up the issues of land-use of Dengkou country and makes corresponding adjustment direction. Finally,this paper takes the layout of the land compares with the original layout of the land,From the results,the new program conducives to the develop of future urban land use diversity.
