Study On The Conservation And Utilization Of Battlefield Sites

Battlefield sites are appropriate places both for military studies and education in patriotism because of their unique military and commemorative characteristics. Nowadays in our country, more and more battlefields are found,conserved and utilized with the prevalence of revolutionary tourism. In the meantime, there are lots of challenges and problems in the process of battlefields conservation. This thesis is to analyze them and study the effective conservation and proper utilization of battlefields. The thesis is mainly composed of the following parts:The first part mainly discusses certain basic concepts such as the meaning,values,attributes and classifications of battlefield sites, and analyzes the current situation of study and conservation of battlefield sites.The second part summarizes several strategies of battlefield conservation, and sums up some concrete methods of conservation.The third part focuses on displaying methods of battlefields, mainly including the significance,principles,objects and concrete methods of battlefield display.Finally, a practical work named "the conservation planning of Yijiangshan island battlefield" is introduced.Overall, this thesis is logical and problem-solving, and gains certain achievements both in theory and practice. Meanwhile, some ripe theories and experiences and successful practices of foreign countries are introduced and quoted in the thesis.
