The charging station for electric vehicles will be indispensable energy services infrastructure when the large-scale industrialization of electric vehicles is formed.In order to achieve the automation of management and control for charging station,to research and develop the charging station supervisory and control system for electric vehicles is very necessary.The following studies are done in this thesis:analyze the typical power supply models for electric vehicles and charging stations typical constructing patterns;analyze the demands of system functions for charging station supervisory and control system;systematic architecture and functions the system are designed;the front end subsystem and charging monitoring subsystem,as well as charger simulator software are designed and implemented;the typical configurations of system software and hardware are put forward;gives an introduction of system application; point out the subsequent development direction of this system.
