Power system has been gradually becoming super large-scale by network's interconnection.Therefore,a new method is needed to find out possible failures of the system and corresponding measures.In traditional the situation of power system on one time section would be selected to analysis security of power system,which can not supervise and control the continuously variable power system on the time axis and can not meet the require of reliability in electricity power market.Recently,many methods of static security analysis and simulation of accident have been proposed for remedying the insufficient of traditional methods,which can efficiently provide the information of system security to operation staff and monitor the situation of power system currently including that configure measurement suits and set state-estimation parameters.However those methods analysis security of power system on some one time section,that is unconsidered the characteristics of load continuous change lacking of the continuity of time.In this paper,a method of simulating the failure in initial stage from the angle of time is introduced.It synthetically considers systemic load curve during the fault,which is beneficial for the operating personnel to adopt appropriate measures to control the running state of system and can prevent the system from deteriorating into a large-scale blackout accidents from initial fault in the process of cascading failure.
