In recent years, both at home and abroad has more than large-scale power system blackout caused people on the power system security and reliability of the high degree of attention. Remote BATS can effectively improve the continuity and reliability of power supply, but also could undermine the security and stability of power grids. To resolve these problems, this paper on two issues: the program for Remote BATS research and static security analysis software development. The major study includes action from remote BATS for logical program, the summation power principle scheme, the static security analysis after remote BATS action, the action setting time limits of local BATS and remote BATS, using Visual C + + preparation Shijiazhuang grid graphical modeling procedures to study rapid topology analysis, flow calculation and safety stability analysis of the theory and methods, with Visual C + + and database programming a system. Finally, IEEE5 node data proved the correctness of static security analysis, then the actual situation of Shijiazhuang grid, the static security analysis software is made the static security analysis on the two typical situation from remote BATS.
