The braking system is the important component of a motor vehicle,whose performance has sufficient affection on the safety of the motor vehicle.Hydraulic disk brake applies to motorcycle broadly.It must be checked accurately,fleetly and effectively for the quality.The first test-bed applies to detect braking pump's component on production line has comparatively low accuracy.Besides,one test-bed can only accomplish a project testing.So it can't satisfy the needs of enterprise laboratory.We need design test equipment again.This paper is based on the project from Zhejiang KaiLing Group.Referring to the QC/T 655-2005《specification of brakes for motorcycle and mopeds》,this paper researches and develops a suit of equipments used for testing the component of hydraulic disk braking pump in the laboratory.It must be improved the testing level accurately and reliably of the braking pump.The equipment is mainly suitable for testing spare travel,light distance,sealing of braking pump in all situations.This test-bed includes the mechanical part and control section mainly.There are too many testing projects.The structure of test-bed is complicated if all projects is tested in one test-bed.So the design of mechanics has adopted modularization methods.There have several relatively independent machinery modules and several public modules.According to the different testing projects,they can assemble into different module.This method has decreased the difficulty of designing and raised the accuracy of equipment.The control hardware selects programming logical controller and the type is Siemens PLC S7-300.The control software uses step7 to program composition, meanwhile choose right sensor and electric motor and design driving circuit when absorbing past experience.PLC and super-ordination carry out communication by cable.It can observe the testing data and signal change real time and master the testing process expediently.This paper has accomplished three-dimensional artwork of test-bed machinery structure,Siemens PLC module's choice and programming.The cooperation of the technique of machine and electronic and auto-control technology whose research and exploitation have a certain theory meaning and practically valuable can not only improve the testing lever,but also provide data to research the new produce.
