The corrosions and Protection of Metal materials is a frontier technic subject which crossed and infiltrated by many subjects such as material,metallurgy, chemistry,physical and microorganism.One of most efficient and useful method for the Anticorrosion of metal facilities is to coat metal with corrosion-prevention coat. Acrylic-polyurethane coatings is a new type of anti-corrosion coating which developed in recent years,the coating has a good performance of paul light color has outstanding performance in anti-heat,anti-fungal and anti-salt spray.The study is based on the use of the existing coating technology for acrylic-polyurethane-coated add the performance of modified nano-SiO2 materials,synthetic anti-corrosion coating system of nano-composite materials,to improve the original acrylicpolyurethane coating performance.This text prepared a series of SiO2/acrylic-polyurethane composites and studied the surface modification,particle size and the amount of silica nano-particles effect on the active and passive mechanical properties,electrical chemical properties of SiO2/acrylic-polyurethane composite coatings.The results show that compared with OTES modified silane coupling agent,added SiO2 composite coating particles active and passive mechanical properties,electrical chemical properties at low temperature and high temperature areas have shown good storage modulus,and tensile strength decreased significantly improved elongation at break.SiO2 particle size on coating great influence of storage modulus,with the increase in particle size,coating of the storage modulus decreased.The introduction of SiO2 particles on SiO2/acrylicpolyurethane coating of glass transition temperature and hardness have little effect. The introduction of nano-SiO2 particles improved acrylic-polyurethane coating wear resistance,but the type of modifier on wear resistance of composite coatings contributes little.Compared with blank acrylic-polyurethane coating of the Nyquist diagram of EIS,SiO2/acrylic-polyurethane coating spectrum resistance during immersion in the whole shows only a single capacitive reactance arc;At the same time,the frequency characteristics of composite coating fb value was significantly lower than acrylic-polyurethane coating blank on modified SiO2 nano-particles added to the acrylic-the anti-corrosion properties of polyurethane coatings significantly enhanced the role.The SiO2/acrylic-polyurethane anti-corrosion coating of a comprehensive performance testing results showed that the preparation of the composite coating has excellent corrosion resistance.The text also studied the SiO2/acrylic-polyurethane composite materials in highway infrastructure subsidiary metal anti-corrosion applications,and set a series of construction process and management system according to the fieldwork.
