Faced with the problems of large traffic volume and many hidden safety hazards on mountain roads,it is urgent to develop a new type of color non-slip pavement with durability,anti-skidding and ornamental properties.Aiming at the problem of reduced mechanical strength and heat resistance while toughening epoxy resin,this paper selects polyurethane,nano-SiO2,and thinner compound modified epoxy resin.First,on the basis of the single factor test,the optimal composition of the polyurethane composite modified epoxy resin is determined by response surface method,the curing agent is selected and the compounding ratio is determined.Secondly,the mechanical properties of the curing system are evaluated by tensile test and bending test,the heat resistance of the curing system is evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis,the microstructure is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope,and the microscopic morphology is observed,which proves that it is significantly toughened.At the same time,the strength and heat resistance have also increased significantly;finally,the composition ratio of the color non-slip pavement material is determined,and its adhesion,anti-skid performance,and durability are studied.It shows that its actual use effect is good.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Using mechanical properties and heat resistance as inspection indicators,the effects of three modifiers of polyurethane,nano-SiO2 and diluent on epoxy resin were studied.When epoxy resin:polyurethane=100:10,the performance is the best,and the toughness increases significantly.When epoxy resin:nano-SiO2=100:3,the performance is the best,and the strength and heat resistance are greatly increased.When epoxy resin:diluent=100:3,the performance is the best.At this time,the viscosity of the system decreases and it is suitable for construction.On this basis,the optimal composition of polyurethane composite modified epoxy resin was determined by response surface method,the curing agent was selected and the compounding ratio was determined.Epoxy resin:polyurethane:nano-SiO2:thinner:curing agent mass fraction ratio=100:11:3.02:4.47:40,among which the curing agent is selected to be mixed with a certain polyamide and a certain phenalkamine,and the mixed ratio is a certain poly Amide:a phenalkamine=8:2.(2)The mechanical properties and heat resistance of polyurethane composite modified epoxy resin(EP-PU-SiO2-669)were studied,and the microstructure,curing mechanism,microscopic morphology and enhancement of EP-PU-SiO2-669 were analyzed.Tough mechanism.EP-PU-SiO2-669 has a tensile strength of 20.12MPa and a bending strength of 50.14 MPa,which are 6.23%and 23.96%higher than pure epoxy resin,respectively,and the strength is increased;the elongation at break is 103.26%and the bending deformation is 11.60mm.Compared with pure epoxy resin,it has increased by 94.58%and 222.22%,and the toughness has been greatly increased.Polyurethane,nano-SiO2 and diluent 669 have synergistic toughening effect;the thermal decomposition temperature of EP-PU-SiO2-669 is 389℃,which is higher than pure epoxy resin.The epoxy resin has increased by 21℃,and the heat resistance of the epoxy resin has been significantly improved.Through infrared spectroscopy analysis,polyurethane has completed the grafting on epoxy resin.Diluent 669 and nano-SiO2 did not participate in the chemical reaction.Polyurethane,nano-SiO2 and diluent did not react with each other to generate new substances,and the three were stably distributed in the system.in.Through SEM analysis,polyurethane and nanomaterials play a major role in toughening.(3)The proportion of fillers,the amount of cement spreading and the amount of aggregates in the new color cement are studied,and the adhesion performance,anti-skid performance and durability of the new color non-slip pavement are comparatively studied.The optimal curing temperature is determined to be 25℃,the maximum filler addition is80%,the amount of cement is 2.5kg/m2,and the amount of aggregate is 280%of the cement,which is 7kg/m2.Comparing self-developed materials with three materials on the market,among the four materials,polyurethane composite modified epoxy paving has the best bonding strength and meets performance requirements;polyurethane composite modified epoxy paving has the best anti-skid performance,The increase in roughness is the largest and meets the requirements of the specification;the durability of the material is evaluated from five perspectives under water immersion,high and low temperature conditions,ultraviolet aging conditions,chemical corrosion conditions,and accelerated loading conditions:(1)Polyurethane composite modification The abrasion values of the epoxy pavement are 71g/m2 and 79g/m2 after immersion in water for 1h and 6 days in water respectively,which meets the requirements.(2)The abrasion value of polyurethane composite modified epoxy paving is 62 g/m2 at high temperature and 85 g/m2 at low temperature,which meets the requirements.(3)The wear resistance of the polyurethane composite modified epoxy pavement after 15 days of ultraviolet radiation is slightly lower than the best index,which meets the requirements of the specification.(4)Under different corrosion conditions,the abrasion value of polyurethane composite modified epoxy pavement is only 67 g/m2 in 10%HCL solution,and 78 g/m2 in 15%Na OH solution,which has the best abrasion resistance.,Indicating good acid and alkali resistance.(5)Under the accelerated loading condition of the four materials,the polyurethane composite modified epoxy resin has the best anti-skid performance,and the attenuation speed is slower,with good wear resistance.
