In recent years,with the fast calculating speed of computer,and the innovation in Marine Diesel Engine,too same continuous changes and improvements,research turn rounded to also appear the new stand pointed with develop,but the domestic is however few someone proceeds in this realm further research.According to the international specifications,the ship propulsion shaft,the need for vibration checks,and provides a report of the calculation.These work,using the traditional manual method of calculating cumbersome and error,low efficiency,long cycle,to meet modem demands of digital shipbuilding,only calculation software can be achieved through the use efficient and accurate calculation.Therefore,the shaft vibration of the system of in-depth research, development corresponding calculation software,to resolve the ship power plant design, manufacture and installation of technical difficulties,has a theoretical significance and a high practical value.This paper first introduced the harm of the diesel engine shaft torsional vibration to the ship,and then focus on the shaft torsional vibration method of calculating the basic and fundamental process,and to Holzer as a ship shaft free torsional vibration calculation method,to be in-depth research,development based on the Visual Basic language Holzer of the free torsional vibration calculation software can be convenient and quick calculation of the freedom of various shaft vibration frequency and amplitude of the mass of,And other parameters.Finally,the calculation 6S50MC-C marine diesel engine shafting torsional vibration of the shaft,out nodes of frequencies and model of vibration and other parameters.Ship propulsion shaft vibration in computing the shaft on the design,construction and installation provide forecasting,testing and guiding role,is the ship propulsion shaft design,manufacture,installation and testing of one of the essential link to promoting the installation of reliable,Security operation to provide a powerful guarantee for further in-depth research ship propulsion shaft of reliability,fault diagnosis power plant,power plant simulation,which are guiding significance.
