| In the process of crystalline silicon solar cell production,alkaline is utilized to make pyramids texture.Silicon is anisotropically textured for the reason that the etching rate of the <100> plane is highest and that of <111> plane is lowest.In this method,light can be reflected time after time by textured surface then reflectivity was reduced and light is trapped.The investigation of textured on surface of Solar Cell gives significance to the improvement of efficiency and reduce of cost.In this paper,the influence of the factor as temperature,solution concentration and time on reflectivity of surface and the minority carrier life of crystalline silicon is invested.Atom force microscopy(AFM),spectrophotometer(U-4100) and microwave photoconductivity decay (wt-2000) are adopted to characterized the properties of the samples.1 Crystalline-silicon is textured by NaOH solution with different concentrations and the characteristics of the samples are tested by AFM,U-4100 and wt-2000.The result of testing displays that the reflectivity can be reduced to 16%with 2wt%NaOH solution and the surface of crystalline silicon can get random pyramid texturing on 90℃and 20min condition but the minority carrier life can get 0.8994μs with 3wt%concentration.2 Crystalline-silicon is textured by Na2SiO3 solution with different concentration,time and temperature.The characteristics of the samples are tested by AFM,U-4100.The result of testing display that the reflectivity can be reduced to 17.5%with 6wt%Na2SiO3 solution and the surface of crystalline silicon can get random pyramid texturing on 80℃and 25min condition.Addition of IPA makes a negative effect on the pattern of texturing.3 Crystalline-silicon is textured by Na3PO4 solution with different concentration,time and temperature.The characteristic of the samples are tested by AFM,U-4100.The result of testing displays that the reflectivity can be reduced to 16.7%with 6wt%Na2SiO3 solution and the surface of crystalline silicon can get random pyramid texturing in 80℃and 25min condition.Addition of IPA makes a negative effect on the pattern of texturing. |
