Study On The Methods Of Highway Tunnel's Safety Grading Evaluation

In recent years,with the rapid development of our country's economy,the construction of highway traffic has got unprecedented results.The highway tunnel as a special section of highway traffic,has been applied widely,because it has outstanding excellence,such as reducing travel mileage,improving the standard of linear and Protecting the environment etc.However,while the tunnel's length is increasing and the scale is expanding,the problem of tunnel running Security has became more and more critical.Therefore,it is the chief conundrum to solve the the problem of tunnel running security,that how can grasp the level of tunnel safety and realize the subsistent hidden trouble objective and timely.The purpose of this paper is to provide a method for the tunnel operators which can help them realize the actuality of running security and the hidden trouble objective and timely,and further to offer a scientific thereunder tbr making the measure which can ameliorate the level of tunnel safety,by the studing to the security grade evaluation of the entire system and the sub-system of highway tunnel.Based on the measured data,the factors which impact the security of highway tunnel are analysed by the numbers,through consulting the domestic and overseas and correlative production,using the methods of combinatiing theoretical analysis and practical research,qualitative and quantitative analysis.On this basis,by calculating the contribution of indicators,the index system for the security grade evaluation of highway tunnel is established.The indexse are studied from the aspects of magnitude,definition, value obtaining,quantitative criteria etc.The method of combining the special evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation is used.Different special evaluation models are established which are contraposed the characteristics and evaluation purpose of different special systems.Found on the results of special evaluation,the broad sense function model is established for the comprehensive security grade evaluation of highway tunnel.Finally,the evaluation method is applied to the YangPeng tunnel,and the reforming proposals are put forward.
