Research On Safety Evaluation Index System Of The Transportation Enterprise Of Dangerous Goods On Road

With the development of chemical industry, the accidents on road transport of dangerous goods were on the rise. And now people pay more and more attention on the road transport of Dangerous goods. The enterprise security assessment is an important mean to guarantee the transportation security. The paper laid more emphasis on the safety assessment index system.First of all, based on the deep analysis to domestic and international current methods and concepts about the safety assessment, from a security perspective, the paper analyzes the enterprise system elements, operation process and the relationship between the elements. Combined with the transport accident reason statistical analysis, the paper identifies hazards with the use of System safety engineering theory and the accident cause theory.Second, based on the deep analysis of enterprise system elements and hazards, combined with the safety index system characteristics, the paper established a multi-index evaluation system, and gives the calculation, uses the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the index weight. Finally, it puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method.Third, according to the enterprise actual condition, the paper uses the Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the safety of the enterprise,and characteristic quantity of safety grade to determine the safety level.
