The asphalt pavement experiences two effect of both vehicle load and temperature load under the natural environment, whose load support capability and the road performance are seriously affecterd . This paper is to search a kind of pavement structure suited for the special climate of yunan high altitude area , by calculating the temperature distribution of the different pavement structure .The first, heat conduction equation is established, border condition of model defined through the basic theory of meteorology and heat passage and the temperature finite element equation is builted by Variation principle of Jialiaojin; Secondly, an example already is analysed by applying the finite element general program ANSYS ,by distance analysis method to estimate the program adaption; Thirdly, the temperature parameters of ANSYS are ascertained by analysing the meteorological data of Di Qing ; At last , the sensitivity analysis of single factor and orthogonality of much factor are applied to search the optimum level, optimum level combination , primary and secondary order of the influencing factor. The pavement structure is recommended ,combined highway grade and investment .Study result indicates, the influencing depth of the external air temperature is approximately 25 ~ 30 cms; Temperature situation of asphalt pavement and cement stable base is improved due to heat preservation and insulation performance of match-grass; The effect of heat conduction coefficient of asphalt pavement is highly notable to the temperature grad of asphalt pavement , thickness of asphalt pavement notable , specific heat of asphalt pavement and heat conduction coefficient and specific heat of of base no notable. The temperature stress of pavement structure of being recommended can satisfy standard call ,being compared with allowed stress of asphalt pavement of standard.
