In this paper, according to the Pearl River Delta region's hydrology, climate, economic development and regional planning information, using global climate change models, climate change data of the Pearl River Delta area is established.Analysis of these date in the Pearl River Delta region, during 2010~2020,the temperatures of 2010~2020 will increase than 1991~2000,but it is a smaller increasing, compared to 2000~2010,temperature of 2010~2020 increase about 2.1℃,changes in precipitation than temperature changes in the weak range. 2000~2010,the rain is basically stable, after the obvious take-off and landing, with the exception of significant reduction in 2016,and the rest have increased,2011~2020,the total rain will increase in the Pearl River Delta compared to 2000~2010,In this paper, using the climate change data derived from global climate models, establishing the model to estimating water resources in the Pearl River Delta region. Combining water estimating model and the climate resources in the Pearl River Delta region, the analysis show that the supply of the surface runoff and underground runoff is about 16740.45×10~6m~3,then,the paper analyze the using of agricultural water resources, industrial and residential water domestic water needs which are the three major sectors of water need department. Then the conclusion that a shortage of water resources is exist is gotten, but the Cross-boundary water added the shortage, the threat of shortage of water resource need to be solved which also request Water resources allocation optimized and Rationalized. Finally, issues have been raised in consideration of the economy development status quo and further programming: allocating the water resources rationalized and effect-maximized;strengthening the unified management of valley resources;coordinating the interest admeasure regionally;reinforcing the prevention and control of flood.
