Research On Regional Water Resources Upply-Demand Balance And Reasonable Utilization

Water is the source of the lives on the earth. With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard of people, people have higher demand for water quantity and water quality and many countries haven't enough water to use. It is important to research rational utilization of water for sustainable development.China is relatively shorter for water resource. At present, the target of Chinese water resource management is the balance of supply and requirement, which based on the healthy ecological system. At first, the article analyses and research the computational method of ecological and environmental water requirements, then the limitation of water resources utilization is established. After comprehensively reviewing researches and practices on water rational utilization, the article propose the basic thinking and countermeasure of sustainable utilization of water resource: reducing water expenses,governing the pollution and opening the new way of water utilization included, furthermore, the article summarize the applicable scope of each way. Thus system mentality and way on how to analyze supply and requirement of water and how to utilize water more reasonably is constructed. Finally, unifying the actual situation of Pukou District in Nanjing, the article proposes reasonable and feasible research results.
