Each year,there are asphalt pavements needing reconstructing,the problem produced by the abolish material is faced to us, This will occupy vast expanses of land, contaminate surrounding, areas, and result in an enormous waste of resources as well, it is urgent to studies reutilizes pavement materials .This paper primary studies the technology of cement-flyash or lime-flyash stabilized reclaimed asphalt pavement mixture for bases and subbases.This paper carries on systenatic indoor experiment study, the primary mechanical indexes of the recycled mixture are tested by orthogonal method, including the unconfined compressive strength, the cleavage strength and the resilient modulus. The changing law of these indexes related to the cement-fly-ash or lime-fly-ash content the aged-period and the testing temperature is established; The pavement behavior and performance of designed mixture is studied and contrasted with the mixture which is recommended by the Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Roadbases,including mechanical performance,stableness,the anti-crack performance and fatigue performance. Indoor insperiment dates indicates: The recycled mixture is applied to the base and this is proven to meet the requirements of pavement performance.Application mathematical statistics to analysis and evaluation the variance and the square error, obtains the factors that affect the size of the order of intensity; Take the cement -flyash as the example, applies the multiple regression analysis method establishment intensity regression equation.At the same time, using the gray theory of gray relational ways, analysising the influencing factors to typical six groups mixture of dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage,And applying to the gray connection decision-making of grey theory to analysis entire road performance on shrinkage character of cement-fly-ash or lime-fly-ash stabilized waste asphalt materials, obtains comprehensive pavement performance for the pros to sort: V-type mixture>VI-type mixture>IV-type mixture> II-type mixture>III-type mixture> I -type mixture, V -type mixture is the most satisfactory group in the typical six group of mixture ratio laboratory test, It is helpful to design constructiona and further study work.
