Now most high way in china needs to be maintained and it will bring a mass of waste asphalt mixture, at present the recycle of waste asphalt mixture has aroused more and more concerned, and it come to be the urgent problem for the road researchers and civil engineer; in addition, up to now cement-stabilized base has been used widely in china, however it is poor of crack resistance, so how to improve its crack resistance is also an urgent problem. Aiming at hereinbefore two problems, on the one hand this paper will find out a new, effective measure for the recycle of waste asphalt mixture; on the other hand, this paper will put forward a new solution for improving the crack resistance of cement-stabilized base to ameliorate the general performance of cement-stabilized base.Through experimental studies and theoretical analysis, the following work has been done: designed and opened out a new broken equipment for waste asphalt mixture, and framed the experimental processing method for waste asphalt mixture; analyzed the strength formation mechanism of the cement-stabilized base with waste asphalt mixture powder in theory; taking the dosage of waste asphalt mixture powder as the main factor, found out the relationship between the mechanical properties of the cement-stabilized base with waste asphalt mixture powder and the dosage of waste asphalt mixture powder by experimental studies and analysis; analyzed the contraction mechanism of the cement-stabilized base with waste asphalt mixture powder and studied the shrinkage characteristics of the cement-stabilized base with different dosage of waste asphalt mixture powder; analyzed fatigue performance, Antifreeze Properties, anti-erosion performance of the cement-stabilized base with different dosage of waste asphalt mixture powder by experimental studies; according to the Characteristics of the cement-stabilized base with waste asphalt mixture powder, analyzed its economic and social benefits.Outcomes of theoretical analysis and experimental studies show that: the crack resistance of cement-stabilized base can be advanced effectively by adding an appropriate amount of waste asphalt mixture powder, at the same time, the general performance of cement-stabilized base can be improved, and this technical program has a good economic and social benefit.
