Asphalt mixture pavement with its good road performance,driving comfort,easy to repair and a series of advantages,its application is extremely extensive.As of the end of 2015,China's pavement of the total length of pavement reached 283.6 million km,of which asphalt pavement occupied 79 million km,accounting for about 27.9% of the total number of highways.In comparison the traditional high-energy consumption of high-energy and highemission technology has brought serious harm to the environment,and because of its provisions of the higher construction temperature,which in the use of the environment limits the scope of the asphalt mixture.Until the emergence of temperature mixing technology,making the asphalt mixture in the construction of the temperature has been effectively reduced,and in the cooling at the same time to ensure the asphalt mixture road performance.The conclusions of this paper will help the construction enterprises,fast and reasonable choice for the tender section of the temperature mixture products.In this paper,three kinds of typical temperature mixers were selected,sasobt,aspha-min and BLT,respectively.The three indexes of asphalt and their basic properties were compared.The effect of cooling effect on the road performance of the mixture,and the gray relational model,the relationship between the performance of the warm mix and the performance of the asphalt mixture was discussed.First of all,three different temperature mixes were added to 90 # asphalt and SBS modified asphalt respectively.The penetration,elongation and softening of the two kinds of asphalt were analyzed respectively.Point,and the change rule of each kind of index,and the optimum dosage of three kinds of warm mixes were determined by analyzing the change rule of each index after adding temperature mixture.Second,in this paper the mixing ratio of AC-13 was designed,and the porosity of 3% ~ 5% hot semi-asphalt mixture was taken as the target value.By measuring the porosity of the mixed asphalt mixture at different mixing temperatures,And the temperature of the porosity is mixed with the temperature of the experimental data,the temperature range of the different kinds of temperature mixture is obtained,and the cooling effect of different temperature mixture is obtained.Thirdly,in order to study the road performance of the warm mix asphalt mixture,the rutting test,the low temperature beam bending test,the freeze-thaw splitting test and the immersion Marshall test were carried out to evaluate the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability.Different mechanisms of temperature mixture in the face of different road performance on the performance is very different,there may be no more than hot mix asphalt mixture phenomenon,but in its cooling while losing a small part of the performance is acceptable.Fourthly,in this paper the technical indexes of the mixed asphalt and the technical indexes of the warm mix asphalt mixture were calculated and analyzed by using the gray relational model in order to effectively select the asphalt mixture which can effectively react with the asphalt mixture index.
