With the rapid development of the construction of high-grade highway and the increasing sense of environment protection of mankind in our country, the techniques of protection for slope vegetation are becoming more and more important and being used widely in the construction of high-grade highway. Technology of slope vegetation not only protects and strengthens slope but also has good effect in economy, environment and society. It is one of the important measures for sustainable development of high-grade highway construction. Up till now, there have been no systemic researches and conclusions on the theory and technique for slope vegetation in our country . As a result, the research on techniques of slope vegetation have important significance to our country's high-grade highway construction.Based on the focal research subject of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Communication- Research on the Plant Slope Protection Stabilization and Greening in the Frigid Region, Combined with the northeast slope of the highway investigation ,soil Slope plant protection methods was Studied and the Heilongjiang Highway Slope methods was evaluated through AHP evaluation. the essay Came to the conclusion that comprehensive slope ways play a role in Slope of soil.The evaluation of the stable safety of the slope is objective for the reason that the essay is founded on the various data of the indoor direct-shear test of the undisturbed soil, of the physical property, and of the relevant testing. Basing the actual situation of freeze-thaw slump, a mechanical model was established in the safety evaluation, then the soil slope safety were analysed in the region of freeze-thaw slump. Finally, the overall stability of slope safety under normal conditions was evaluated. Taking the Sweden Meticuiosity Theory, among the Limit Equilibrium Theories, as the calculation foundation of the stability of the slope protection, the paper first uses the slope 1.0 software to count safety factor of the slope stability.Through all the above evaluation in the paper, the author also points out that the present mode of the plant slope protection, that is, shrubbery + grass + civil engineering material, adapts to the terrene slope of easonal frost region whose gradient is precipitous.
