Study On The Tourism Development Of Forest Parks Based On The State-owned Forest Farm In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years,forest parks have developed rapidly in Heilongjiang province.Most of them were developed on the basis of the state-owned forest farms.The forest parks meet people's tourism demands of "Returning to Nature".It is also the effective measures of the state-owned forest farms in Heilongjiang province to optimize the industrial structure,to protect forest resources and to increase economic benefits with the ecological construction strategy of natural forests protection project and felling timber restrictedly.Therefore,it is of important immediate significance to research on the tourism development of forest parks in Heilongjiang Province,especially combining with the convertion of the state-owned forest farms to the forest park.The study based on the the sustainable development theory,the eco-tourism theory and the system theory.The author has investigated the tourist resource,the current construction and the business satuation.With comparative analysis,it can be concluded that the Heilongjiang forest parks based on state-owned forest farms have achieved some success but there are also many problems.the Author has brought forward relevant strategy system to solve the problem.which includes the protective utilization of resources,the market strategy and the management.When utilizing of resources,the objective the forest park evaluation on tourism resources and conditions should be the basis for tourism resources characteristic.the relations of the division area of functional and development of tourism project should be coordinated.The study emphasizes that forest functional division should combin with the characteristic of the state-owned forest classification division.Environment capacity and protection of tourist resources should according to the characteristics of the forest division area.the source of customer should base on analysising of the location condition and grading market.The Author emphasizes developing the ecotourism product,and take effective marketing measure,such as Labor management measure,settlement management in the state-owned forest measure and ecologic environment management measure.Finally,the study taking Songhua River Forest Park which is based on the Huangtushan state-owned forest farms as a case for the application of the above study theory and strategy.The study concludes that it is a systematic project to develop tourism in forest parks based on the state-owned forest farm in Heilongjiang Province.People should comprehensively think the realistic conditions of the state-owned forest farms,and apply reasonable strategies.to Plan System as a whole.It is the Approach to improve the ecological benefits,the economic benefits and the social benefits Simultaneously.
