The Designing Of The Management Software Of Operation Condition Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis System For Mechanical Equipment

With the development of modern industry and scientific and technological progress, production equipments are developed toward the direction of large-scale,continuous, high-speed,requirements of the safe operation of the equipment is getting higher and higher,equipment fault diagnosis technology has been become increasingly attention,it does not only prevent accidents,ensure the safety of personal and equipment and reduce unnecessary losses,but also can improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,the study of the condition monitoring of mechanical equipment and fault diagnosis system carried out,it has great significance.In this thesis,on account of the management system of equipment running status monitoring is not perfect in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,the management of a large number of measurement datas is not proper,inconvenient operation,function is far from being perfect,etc.we through the in-depth study of the existing diagnosis system of the enterprise,and on this basis for further researching equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system,based on the original C/S(Client/Server) model,the new design proposal is put forward,which is convenient for users in the management and operation.In this paper,the introduction of advanced JSP network technology and Java programming technology,the use of JDBC and the database of SQL Server 2000 seamlessly connect to achieve communications between the management system of equipment running status monitoring and other systems,put forward the management of system based on B/S(Browser/Server) mode,it achieves cross-platform operation.The management system software of equipment running status monitoring has trend analysis, waveform analysis,spectrum analysis,a comprehensive analysis and monitoring report generation,and other functions.The system only need to install a browser(IE6.0 or above) on the client without installing other client applications,thereby it reduces the burden on the client,making all the users in their own jurisdiction to access the database anytime,anywhere,and work accordingly,it facilitates the management and the grass-roots level of users,improving efficiency,speeding up the process of modernization of the management system of the equipment monitoring.Users also monitor the running state of the equipment through Web browser,and then to develop a reasonable maintenance program to reduce repair cycle and the workload of maintenance,thus improving work efficiency.The software has a simple structure,facility of using,friendly man-machine interface and other features,which in the metallurgical,petrochemical,shipbuilding and other industries has a wide application prospect.
