Studies On The Integration Of The Traffic In The Revitalization Of Textile City In Xi'an City

The revitaliazation and transformation of the textile city of Xi'an will be the major project of the next decade to implement.The relevant plannings have directed the way for the development,but the traffic problems as the main issues after the industry replacement still need to be concerned about and research. The degree of urban motorization is developping as yet,only a single road system has been difficult to meet the diberse traffic demands,there needs a rational combination of various traffic facilities,a balanced development of the integrated traffic system to meet the transport accessibility. However,due to there is a interactive feedback relationship between transport and land-use,any separate analysis on the one hand all will lead to a new imbalance,and damage the function of urban and economic development.Therefore, from the system point of view considered,seeked the compromise and unity between the both,in order to eliminate a potential source of problems,so that the transformation will carry out in a stable,coordinated and orderly manner.Based on the revitalization of old industrial areas of textile city in Xi'an, firstly this thesis probes into the district model of revitalization of industial areas on the basis of several typical projects of the revitalization of old industrial areas at home and abroad,mainly through the analysis of《Xi'an Baqiao District Textile City District Planning》and 4 times master planning of Xi'an city after liberation,clear the different requirements of the traffic development,secondly described the meaning and significance of integrated transport,pointed out the importantment of the establishment of an integrated transport hub;thirdly discuss in detail the interaction feedback ralationship between transport and land-use,and on the basis of this,focus on the traffic implications on expansion of urban space and land-use structure, maked comparisons between two kinds of land development;finally maked use the above mentioned theory into the transformation of the textile city,on the basis of the comparisons about the evolution of the traffic system in the textile city over the years, proposed institutional and functional aspects of the integration of transport and land measures, from a macro level to drive the industry reform and land replacement,from a micro level focused on analyzing the nonadaptability of road structure and mode of transportation of the function of land from industrial to commodity circulation industries,present several policy measures in the development of foot traffic and public traffic,proposed to construct large-scale transfer termimals as soon as possible;at the same time,maked the corresponding analysis for the requests of creative industries,tourism and housing industries.
