Study On Suburban Spatial Zoning And Land Use Strategy From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,China’s rural development has found a new direction and road.However,the suburban area is the interlaced zone between city and countryside,with dual characteristics of city and countryside.Its intricate social economy,industrial types and land use all bring great challenges to the rural development,and the suburban area undoubtedly becomes the difficulty in the rural revitalization strategy.The complexity of land use resources in suburban areas also determines that a single model cannot meet its development needs.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of urban and rural integrated development,suburban areas urgently need to break the traditional way and find a new development direction.This article take the two aspects of research and analysis,combining theory of rural development of our country from the new China was founded,carding the difficulties the particularity and development of suburban area,refining,the requirements of the relevant country revitalization strategy from the perspective of national spatial planning system and the connotation of the space partition,the necessity and feasibility of suburban area space partition are discussed in this paper.Supported by Arc GIS method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to determine the impact of urban and rural relationship of urban and rural relationship,resources and environment carrying capacity,land use evaluation,social and economic status of four factors and the index weight,establishing evaluation system and methods,the outskirts are places for rating,divided into "urban agglomeration zone,transition zone between urban and rural areas,rural development area,ecological conservation areas" four policy division,for the spatial development of suburban areas to provide different ideas and decision support.The land use strategy is constructed from two aspects of flexibility and layout,and the new land use modes such as "multi-village association" and "integration of mountains,rivers,forests,fields and cities" are put forward.On this basis,the tripartite cooperation mechanism of "government-led,farmers’ participation and enterprises’ promotion" has been established.First,this paper demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the suburban area of space partition,and build the theory frame of suburban area space partition,promote the implementation of the space policy partition in suburban area,and further guide the micro level of planning and strategy,to solve the contradiction between urban and rural areas at the same time,realize the dynamic and flexible development of suburban areas to provide a theoretical basis;Secondly,on the basis of spatial partition,the strategy of land use in suburban areas is constructed.At last,it takes Huoxian town around the huoxian sub-center of Beijing as an example to demonstrate the working method of spatial zoning in suburban area.In order to realize the rural revitalization of suburban areas to provide new ideas and reference.
