In this paper,multiple admixture were added in the preparation of ordinary concrete,in order to enhance the capacity of the concrete itself anti-crack,and solve temperature cracks problems that existed commonly in mass concrete. Compressive strength,axial tensile strength and elastic modulus of concrete were experimented.The paper has decided mass concrete mix through analyzing the experimental results.The prime task is as follows.First,according to plentiful data,this paper has analyzed the mass concrete temperature cracks problem that existed commonly in mass concretes,introduced the causes and the basic form of the temperature cracks,summed up the harm of mass concrete temperature cracks to construction.Second,in order to enhance anti-crack capacity of the mass concretes and reduce temperature cracks,this paper has chosen and analyzed the material compositions of the mass concretes,studied on the effect of modified materials on physical property of concrete,discussed the reasonable dosage of modified materials in mass concrete.Third,through physical property experiments of 120 specimens,this paper has studied physical property of three kinds of modified concretes,which included cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength,axial tensile strength and static elasticity modulus of modified concretes,chosen reasonable the mass concrete mix.Fourth,by means of comparison of physical property index of three kinds of modified concretes,this paper has studied the influences of polypropylene fiber and emulsified asphalt on several physical property of concrete and discussed its prime influence rules.The results showed that polypropylene fibercan can enhance obviously tensile strength of concrete and appropriated emulsified asphalt can also improve physical property of concrete,meanwhile,with appropriated fly ash,polypropylene fiber and emulsified asphalt doping,concrete mechanics performance has improved significantly.This paper puts forward new idea that solve temperature crack problem of mass concrete,and offers some suggests on engineering practice.
