| The persistent increase of flight flow made the airspace that is limited be congested increasingly,the flow control was happening with increasing frequency. It's proved that the flow control is valid. But it was more lies on the work experience of controller when the flow control is happened. It was stochastic and uncertain. So the flow control produced a great of delay. It brought dissatisfaction to airlines and passengers and also negative influence to the department of air traffic management. Because the method of the existed flow control was very simple, it can't control the peak of flow effectively, and brings unnecessary delay.In order to solve the problem, firstly, the existed models of air traffic flow management, the models of flow control and algorithm based on queue methodology were summarized in this paper, and the advantage, disadvantage and adaptability of these models were specified. The existed flow control strategy is analyzed. In order to make the model fit reality, the author improved the existed model of airspace air traffic flow control. The math model of air traffic flow control is established, the author obtained the optimized strategy using the algorithm of multi-entrance and multi-exit. The flow control of Xi'an 02 sector is simulated using the existed control strategy and optimized strategy respectively.Through the evaluation of simulation result, it was proved that the optimized strategy proposed in this paper decreased the delay greatly, it has validity and practicability. |
