Analysis Of The Effect Of Temperature In Ultra-long Frame Structure By Nonlinear Finite Element

The article talks about the problem of thermal stress in the long frame on the basis of exsiting research results. the results of research carries out for temperature issue in super-long frame structure ,proving a reasonable basis for the design. The article carries out by several aspects of the research following: 1.the study of finite element calculation of ultra-long frame structure temperature stress apply the finite element method in calculation of thermal stress, by using international large-scale structural analysis program ANSYS in the long frame structure of the overall thermal stress for non-linear finite element Three-dimensional analysis; 2. we use ANSYS in dealing the stress and strain in the analysis of results , provising relevant information in checking for cracks 3. Using the results of the analysis for the engineering design guidance.
