In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and there have been a large number of super-long and over-limit buildings.In order to meet the use function of building and structural integrity,these buildings often reduce the amount of expansion joints and even without expansion joint,so that its temperature variation and concrete shrinkage caused by temperature effect is very significant,which is the main cause of structure temperature crack and the lateral deformation.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the temperature effect of super-long concrete structure.Combined with the actual underground super-long concrete structure,the long-term monitoring of the underground square in front of the HeFei Railway Station,the relationship between the temperature distribution of concrete and the relationship between the pouring time,the sunshine and the season is analyzed;Combined with the on-site monitoring data,the annual comprehensive temperature difference of the actual project was determined and the calculation temperature difference of the finite element analysis was obtained through creep and stiffness reduction.Using the finite element analysis software SAP2000 to study the lateral displacement and internal forces of the vertical members under the temperature effect,and perform different load combinations to analyze whether the super-long structure can ignore the horizontal shear and lateral displacement generated by the temperature effect;According to the orthogonal test method,the sensitivity of various factors(such as temperature,length,component stiffness and concrete strength,etc.)to the lateral displacement and internal force of the vertical component of the structure were ranked.By changing the stiffness of different components(columns,beams,and plates),the influence of structural member stiffness changes on structural temperature effects is analyzed.At the same time,the influence of structural temperature drop and length change on structural temperature effects is also analyzed.In this paper,some useful conclusions have been drawn from the analysis of the temperature effect of super-long concrete structures,which is very beneficial to the design and construction of super-long concrete structures.
