This article makes research for Examples of different applications too.Structural optimization design is a design tool which combines the optimize technology and finite element analysis technology to meet the requirements of the best structure size, shape, etc. Structural optimization design makes full use of computer technology, finite element technology and optimization techniques, can greatly shorten the design cycle, reduce material consumption, improve product accuracy and performance, and generates significant economic benefits. At present, there is much CAE application software. It's very difficult for the designers especially the lack of rich experience designers that how to Select the appropriate CAE software in practical engineering applications for Product design, R & D and Design the best results.This article use four more commonly used finite element solver-Optistruct 9.0,ABAQUS 6.7.1-EF,ANSYS 10.0 and Pro/MECHANICA make finite element analysis for hydraulic model of a table. Firstly, this article establishes a hydraulic machine table model. Secondly, this article has discussed the hydraulic table stress and strain which were calculated by different solver, and get some raw data, then compare the results of these calculations with the actual situation. These data not only provides a basis to improve the hydraulic machine table for the manufacturers, but also compare the application of occasions and advantages and disadvantages of four different CAE applications. This article preliminary discuss the application of the four different CAE application software in Product development process.Structural topology optimization method is also an important focus on this article. The method is a newly developing technique and has achieved remarkable success. This article Study the topology optimization method based on learning the theory of topology optimization. This article use large-scale analysis software HyperWorks 9.0 to make topology optimization of a radar parts. This article creates a three-dimensional topology optimization model according to the actual size and boundary conditions. This article uses variable density method of topology optimization to obtain the optimal model of a radar parts. The results better reflect the actual situation in the project.
