Dynamically tuned gyroscope(DTG) is used in inertial navigation system widely,and it senses angular velocity of vehicle.The force feedback loop on gyroscope is essential,it is not only a measurement loop,but also a control loop. its precision decides the precision of gyro.So,to design a high-precision force feedback loop is the key to inertial navigation system.With the development of science and technology and the popularization of computer control,the shortcomings that were impacted by temperature and the large non-linear are demonstrated out gradually.In order to enable the force feedback loop with a higher-quality of static and dynamic targets and better anti-interference,this paper gives us methods to design a digital force feedback loop.The main contents of this papers are follows:First,introduce the DTG on structure and principle on working in details,and introduce the signal device and torque device in details,and analysis of the errors and causes then give the methods to solve them.Secondly,derived of the kinetic model of DTG,study of situation of coupling of gyroscopes,and then get the matrix of control and output by using of diagonal matrices.Then,use the digital signal processor TMS320F2812 invented by TI which was considered the best in control field,the advantages that accuracy control,high speed,hign-integration,the convenient to achieve the algorithm make the system developing quickly and conveniently.Afterwards,combining with the design theory of digital force feedback loop and theory of DTG,design the parts that signal amplification phase-sensitive demodulator,filter,A/D and dual pulse width circuits which thinking of the Constraints conditions of end-rotor beat,sampling frequency,the error of quantify, gain of loop and resolution of data. Finally,design of the system software based on the hardware platform.And use the fuzzy-PID controller in system.Then proved it was useful by simulating it in matlab.Inquiries through the fuzzy rules table,adjust the PID parameters on-line.Then the data and simulation proved that fuzzy-PID is an effective control algorithm.
