Research On Declination Rectification And Guidance Device Based On Offshore Wind Turbine Mnopile Foundation

Declination rectification and guidance device is a special tool which is used in offshore wind turbine monopile driven and primarily for monopile declination rectification and guidance.This issue originates from the program for CNOOC's scientific research projects,R&D of Large-scale Offshore Wind Turbine Installation Process,with the aim of developing the declination rectification and guidance device with independent intellectual property rights and researching and developing its related technology.This thesis focuses on the research of key technology of the declination rectification and guidance device of offshore wind turbine monopile foundation with the diameter of 4 meter.The international and domestic development of declination rectification and guidance device is introduced.The installation process of monopile,the operation process and working environment of declination rectification and guidance device are analyzed in detail.Declination rectification is a complex process,which makes reference to kinetics,structural mechanics,Soil Mechanics,marine engineering etc.Combined with the installation process of monopole,aiming at the actual deflection phenomenon,this article will analyze the reason of declination and the impact of the pile internal forces and bearing capacity is put forward.and establish the wave and the pile-soil model.Through model analysis,the maximum force of model is be made,which prepares for the structural design and analysis.The feasible project of the device is put forward,the final solution is determine by comparing to two program.The structure design is performed with Pro/E,while the strength analysis of each spare part which is important for device is performed with the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the rationality of device is verified.Hydraulic system of the declination rectification and guidance device is designed,which included design of hydraulic circuit,parameter calculation of the hydraulic actuator,hydraulic pump selection and analyses of the working principle of hydraulic system.
