With the development of wind power technology,offshore wind power has become to the concerns of world's renewable energy.Fast and effective installation of offshore wind turbine is the key to wind power development.This issue originates from the program for CNOOC's scientific research projects,R&D of Large-scale Offshore Wind Turbine Installation Process,with the aim of seeking the most effective offshore installation technology of the wind turbine and developing the rotor turnover equipment with independent intellectual property rights,which provides technical support for China's wind power course from onshore to offshore.The Paper presents installation method of offshore wind turbine at home and abroad,puts forward research on the wholly lifting of offshore wind turbine rotor, introduces offshore lifting equipment and it's marine environment in detail,and the split installation process is expounded.This paper also gives the design scheme of the virtual prototype based on rotor turnover equipment.On the basis of whole mechanism,the mathematical model of elevation compensation is established,a virtual three-dimensional model of the prototype is also established,and the three-dimensional design is completed by using of Pro / E software.The strength analysis of important part is done with the finite element analysis software ANSYS.And contact problems between two parts of whole structure are analyzed with finite element theory.In this paper,the manufacture of virtual prototype is finished by the mean of introducing three-dimensional model into ADAMS environment.Kinetic equation of rotor translation process in the air is established,simulation analyses of rotor translation process,stability of prototype and motion process of components are made,and the results are feedback to the design process,which ensure that the performances of machines can meet the requirements of actual work environment.
