Hydrostatic drive system with secondary regulation is a new kind of energy-saving system.Secondary regulation system is to improve energy efficiency, lower installed power,a series of advantages such as energy recovery;traditional energy flow coupling system with low utilization and control complex.To urban public transport in this topic as a reference,an analysis of working conditions of public transport,secondary regulation system in the public drive system.Wen expounded the hydrostatic transmission system with secondary regulation of the energy conservation principle,the principle of structure and control,and analysis of the system's power source(constant pressure variable pump),as well as storage and the role of the second component,analysis of systemâ…¡four-quadrant sub-components of the work characteristics.The research in Tianjin sambong TJ6481A type bus card for the study and its secondary component A4V125(Swashplate axial piston pump/motor) for the original model,the buses start,speed,speed up the state with the second component motor operating conditions correspond to a state of deceleration and braking components of the pump and the secondary condition corresponding to complete energy recycling.
