The control of secondary adjusting hydrostatic transmission system which is different from the regulation of the traditional primary element (hydraulic pump), is the system that is directly adjusting secondary element (hydraulic motor).This system has a lot of the prominent characteristics such as simple structure and good efficiency, especially adapting to the large middle power machine equipments that have the big qualities,periodicity,in the short time, constantly accelerating and applying the brake.It is very remarkable in energy-saving.By using for reference,in theory, simply introduced the basic working principle of the secondary adjusting hydrostatic transmission system.the direction of development and present state,the basic controlling rules of secondary regulation,and the most radical controlling rules such as rotational speed,torque control and power control etc.By analyzing theory and studying.resolving the question of parameter optimization of speed rigidity,couple and uncouple in pump-motor system by using state space of modern control theory,designing and completing the software of data processing and system control. At the same time,adopting PID control by simulation studying the control system and the brake characteristics of secondary element. By simulation,comparing PID control to no PID control.In the aspect of software of data processing and control system,using Visual B 6.0 as empoldering platform,and PCL-812PG gathering card of Yanhua company of Taiwan as hardware base .Control program composed includes such function as gainning the error signals by comparing the controls PID control strategies and implement PCL-812PG gathering card's two output signal out at the same time arrive at the aim which controls the obliquity of slope plate of secondary element,and realize the closed loop control of system.At last,we maste some working performance about the control of secondary adjusting hydrostatic transmission system through calculation and simulation.Drowing some valuable conclusion and put foot on the stableness foundation for the further studying.
