This thesis is based on the research of the "utility power monitoring system",which is applied to the entire plant relocation program of Wuhan, Zhongyuan electronics Co.,LTD.In order to effectively improve the efficiency of the air-conditioning,and acquire satisfactory effect in energy saving,on the basis of air conditioner system further analysis,combined it with fuzzy control theories,then applied this thought to air-conditioner temperature and humidity control system..Finally,through computer simulation demonstrated not only the feasibility of the control strategy but also it is better than PID control method with high precision,lower overshoots,and strong robustness.Firstly,the thesis gives a brief introduction of the concept of electric plant environment controlling,and simply introduces how to build a utility power controlling system,then focuses on the illustration of central air-conditioner controlling subsystem.Combined with the actual controlling situation,according to some traits,for instance,slower reflection,more serious hysteresis phenomenon and more difficulties for establish mathematical model,etc.introduces the concept of intelligent controlling, namely fuzzy PID control,Fuzzy control just does not rely on the controlled objects accurate mathematical model,it can directly sum up all controlling experiences from experts and operators,then obtain an optimized controlling scheme for controlled objects with good controlling results,so that achieve the purpose of saving energy.In order to effectively improve the efficiency of the air-conditioning, and acquire satisfactory effect in energy saving,on the basis of air conditioner system further analysis,combined it with fuzzy control theories, and proposes a new controlling mode——PID control cooperates with fuzzy controller and studies for its mathematical model for simulation.Through computer simulation and comparison,fuzzy controller was introduced;it shortens the system transient time,reduces concussion times and it not only improves the dynamic performance but also assures the requirement of steady precision.Finally,the program can be realized which is written in CARE.At last,in the CARE of HONEYWELL programming software platform, introducing "false point",makes a one-to-one correspondence between the 49 rules and every defined false point to realize double input single output of the fuzzy controller,and load the controller programs to EXCEL 5000 series controller for the purpose of controlling.The introduction of PID control,speeding up the response speed,can improve the efficiency of air conditioner,achieve high-efficient energy saving.There will be a certain practical significance in the modern intelligent building air-conditioner design has.
