In recent years, The development of power electronics, micro-processor and the appearance of the vector control theory for asynchronous motor that have resulted in the rapid development of asynchronous motor control technology, It is a trend that AC drive replaces DC drive and computer digital control takes the place of traditional analog control. In this paper, the research and analysis of three-phase asynchronous motor vector control system is done, vector control system is designed built on the hardware platform with high-performance digital signal processor, based on analysis of the voltage decoupling model of asynchronous motor vector control system, a improved particle swarm algorithms is used to optimize PI controller parameters.This paper can be divided into three parts:Firstly, this paper introduces the current condition and future trend of AC speed-adjustment system and the application of optimization algorithms in asynchronous motor vector control system, analyses and elaborates the mathematical model establishment of the asynchronous motor in detail. Based on the analysis of asynchronous motor electromagnetism relation and the introduction coordinate transform, It has established the mathematical models of asynchronous motors in different coordinate system. Analyses the voltage decoupling model of FOC system used SVPWM inverter, according to the engineering tuning method of controller parameter , designs magnetic flux regulator, torque regulator and RPM regulator. Secondly, this paper introduced the principle of particle swarm algorithms, Based on the standard PSO algorithms, analyse the influence of the difference particle according to weight,proposed a Multi-weight dynamic adjust mechanism based on fitness value, aiming at the disadvantage of the standard PSO algorithms being trapped in local optimum,import the chaos perturbation mechanism,improve swarm variety using randomicity and ergodicity, and this improved PSO is utilized to optimeze PID controller parameters, also, established the simulation model in Simulink, and this improved PSO is utilized to optimize the parameters of magnetic flux regulator, torque regulator and RPM regulator.Thirdly,this paper introduced the design of the circuit (including main circuit, control unit, detection unit, protection unit and auxiliary power supply) and control program which is in C or assembly way (including main program and PWM interrupt service, protection service and anti-amming), achieving double closed loop control of speed and current.Finally, this paper summarized the system and gave the analysis and prospect for the future research.
