Hybrid Girder Cable-Stayed Bridge is a new direction in modern large span bridges for its'unique structural characteristics. Researching the effect of Geometric Non-linearity of construction process, reasonable state deciding and Construction Control have great significance for reasonable bridge design and construction safety. The paper on the basis of Guangzhou Dongsha Bridge, analyzed the problem which consists of construction process simulation, effect of Geometric Non-linearity of construction process, reasonable state deciding and Construction Control of Hybrid Girder Cable-Stayed Bridge.The paper expatiated the basic theory of Geometric Non-linearity of Cable-Stayed Bridge, introduced the basic analysis method of Geometric Non-linearity. Simulated the whole construction process of Dongsha Bridge by Plane Bar FEM program FBR_CAL_SUO and SUS_CAL_SUO, analyzed the force, stress, distortion of different structure and elevation of formwork erection affected by Geometric Non-linearity in construction process, concluded that the effect of Non-linear Geometry is more where the accumulative displacement is larger in construction stage of main beam,but the lagest absolute displacement is only 29mm(the main bridge is a Hybrid Girder Cable-Stayed Bridge with single tower which the main span is 338m)Reconstructed spatial FEM construction model of Dongsha Bridge with universal large scale FEM software ANSYS, introduced some processing methods of key problems about construction process simulation. Verified these methods'rationality by comparing with results of Plane Bar FEM program FBR_CAL_SUO, provided reference for other bridges simulated with universal large scale FEM software.To Hybrid Girder Cable-Stayed Bridge, the paper put forward the method that combing Load Balancing Method and Stress Balancing Method with the target of the beam's displacement to be minimum to decide the Reasonable Finished Dead State of Bridges, and the method that deciding the Reasonable Construction State based on the Trial Calculation Method that Forward-analysis method to continuous optimize cable tension. By determining the Reasonable Finished Dead State and the Reasonable Construction State of Dongsha Bridge, validated the method's simpleness and effectiveness of the paper, provided the basis for Construction Control in the mean time.Particularly introduced concrete scheme and working contents of Construction Control of Dongsha Bridge, testified good effect of Construction Control of Dongsha Bridge by comparative analysis between the theoretical data and the measured data of typical construction stage. Meanwhile, pointed that should pay attention and take corresponding measures in the process of Cantilever Construction of Cable-Stayed Bridge for that there is great influence to the precision of Construction Control by the outside temperature.
