The thesis is on the basis of the capital construction project management theoretical research and informationization management theoretical research, to the reality of the 2* 660MW electricity generation by thermal power construction project of Guangdong Yuehua generates electricity Co., Ltd., it analysed the current situation, question and goal of its information construction require, carried on the physics disposes design of information system and the design of the function scheme, designed the new capital construction information system and interface of the information system of the old enterprise. Through studying the basic framework which establishes information-based management of the construction project, forming one has capital construction informationization which extends the engineering management characteristic of capital construction to manage the scheme, solved the simultaneous problem that the informationization administrative system of the extension project and enterprise's informationization managemnet.
