In this paper, an existing building of No.9 apartment building of Yangguan Flower Yard Plot in Kunming was taken as an upright and rectification project example, commonly used methods for existing building rectification were introduced and reviewed, Some key technologies questions in implementation process of a creative method, which is separation of the column of the superstructure to foundation firstly, then upright and rectification, were researched and analyzed.No.9 apartment building of Yangguan Flower Yard Plot is located north shore of Yunnan Pond in Kunming, Yunnan Province, structure of this building is 7-storey concrete frame construction, area of building is 6053 square meter, which was built in 2001. Afterwards, due to afforested landscape gardening, massive unequal earth filling in the outdoors, which causing subsidence and the incline of No.9 apartment building, apprehensively evaluate this building as cannot be used. In 2003, the client once organized to carry on rectification and reinforcing to the No.9 apartment building, with application of dawing out soil in drilling holes for inclination rectifying and Anchor-rod Static Pressure Pile in the reinforcement, but the expectation goal had not achieved and had little effect, the building still inclined to south side 9. 71‰.In 2007, although the foundation settlement of No.9 apartment building is nearly stable, degree of inclination is also too big, in view of building's present situation, a creative method, which is separation of the column of the superstructure to foundation firstly, then upright and rectification, was adopt, through 6 month-long constructions, inclination of the No.9 apartment building was corrected. Through practice of this project, in this paper, mainly analysis and research content and the result are as follows:No.1 Design idea. Underpinning and Reinforcement Techniques was used, in the first floor, to form a system of underpin and bressummer. Established the bearing point under each column, then separated the column of the superstructure to foundation, the hoisting jacks were established in column center position. Following, hoisting jacks were started to make the building plane rotate along with the axis of designs and to make the building rise in sinks big one side. Finally, the inclination of the building was corrected.No.2 Building rotate along with axial intrgeally. Ten pin-supported joints were designed to form a rotating axis, when hoisting jacks were started to make the building rotate, along with this axis, intrgeally. No.3 The great tonnage hydraulic jacks were used. Under the system of underpin and bressummer,altoghter 80 hoisting jacks were arranged.Under one column and in the center position of column, one hoisting jacks was established, fixed lifting capacity of hoisting jack was 2000kN to 3200kN, which avoiding using massive small tonnage hydraulic jacks, it is convenient to operate and advantageous in reducing superimposed stress.No.4 Mechanics analysis of superstructure. MIDAS Structure FEM Program was adopted for modeling the three-dimensional finite element static computation model, the reasonable and actual loads were considered to analyzing the uprising orders and uprising displacement of each level to the superstructure influence.No.5 Method of many-times and small-scope uprising was adopt. According to the distance of uprising spot to the rotating axis, different uprising displacement of each level was adopt, The maximum and minimum is 4.93mm and 0.28mm respectively, which promise the superstrcture produce the minimum stress, and not surpass the allowable bearing capacity of the superstrcture.No.6 Real-time monitor and informationization construction. In the process of upright and rectification of the building, lifting force of each hoisting jacks, stress of underpin and bressummer system, displacement of uprising, rotate angle of pin-supported joints and inclination gradient of the building were real-time monitored, the monitored data were used for uprising of the building.All these research results of this paper provided valuable reference and study for similar existing building uprising and rectification.
