On the basis of first thermodynamic law, the energy-loss analysis models, including auxiliary steam-water flux, heater terminal temperature difference upside, heater terminal temperature difference underside and extraction steam pressure loss for coal-fired power units were established according to the unified physical model and the mathematic model of heat-economic analysis for the coal-fired power unit. And the energy-loss analysis model of condenser terminal temperature difference was established in this paper by analyzing the influences which the condenser terminal temperature difference changing had on other operating parameters of the unit. Finally by taking the small steam turbines in unified physical model of heat-economic analysis for the coal-fired power unit as the research object the energy-loss analysis model of the effect of cylinders on steam turbines was established preliminarily. The models mentioned above in this paper were proved to be correct by the checking calculations. The models not only supply a new method to the analysis for the coal-fired power unit, but also provide a new method for engineering circles to solve practical problems.
