Research And Application In Energy-saving In The Condensed Water Pump Frequency Control System On 300MW Electric Power Plants

These years, with the exigent demand of energy conservation in power plant generating electricity with coal, how to rebuild for power plant's electro-equipments become one of important means of energy conservation. The frequency conversion technology with high-voltage offered advanced technology for energy conservation. In this paper, it is analyzed the running course of concreting pump about No.3 BaoTou Thermal Power Plants, and compared with all kinds of energy conservation means for concreting pump, and raised the reconstructive plans for this kind of pump. At last, concreting pumps of 1# set of generator were rebuilt with the frequency conversion technology with high-voltage and the effect of energy conservation was remarkable. The rate of energy conservation advanced 25%.
