In response to the national policy of saving energy and reducing consumption,the condensate pump of coal-fired power plants have carried on the inverter,frequency control of motor speed operation instead of constant speed operation.Frequent occurrence of frequency conversion condensate pump vibration fault of the revamp,tripping,large shaft fracture,the phenomenon such as coupling damage,seriously affect the safe operation of the coal-fired power plant.This article refer to a large number of domestic and foreign research data,through field test and theoretical calculation and simulation analysis method of combining the vibration fault mechanism of the condensate pump of frequency control of motor speed operation is studied and suppression measures are put forward.First after the modification of frequency conversion of a certain power plant,the vibration test experiment of the condensate pump after got the inverter vibration characteristics of the condensate pump under different rotation speed,the test data show that the frequency control of motor speed operation conditions of the condensate pump appear multiple vibration peak,in the work speed range is not suitable for long-term operation;And then through the reasonable simplification,establish the dynamics equation of condensate pump shaft department,to solve the inherent characteristic of the shaft system,by using Ansys and Matlab/simulink simulation software to establish the inverter asynchronous motor-condensate pump shaft joint simulation model,to study the frequency of harmonic and the coupling mechanism of the condensate pump drive line,research shows that besides containing fundamental component in the inverter output voltage also contains rich harmonic component,frequency harmonic ripple through interaction with motor motor torque,when the frequency of pulsating torque and natural frequency of the condensate pump shaft is close,will cause resonance phenomenon,and the simulation result in accordance with the test data,to verify the research conclusion;Finally combining with the experimental data,the theoretical calculation results and simulation analysis,respectively from the installation,dynamic vibration absorber which is used to laying constrained damping,enhancing stiffness and inhibition of inverter harmonic vibration suppression measures are put forward,the theoretical simulation and field application test,the results show that the proposed measures to control the vibration fault of frequency conversion condensate pump has good inhibition.
