In the aerospace system, including missile, rocket, satellite, the electronic aid play an important part in control and test, and the electronic aid occupied large part of the weight and volume of the system. When using traditional shell as the support and protection of the electronic aid, the volume of the electronic aid is ten times large than the circuit, all equipment cabin is occupied by irregular structure device, which lead to overstaffed structure of missile and disordered wiring, resulting many disadvantages.There are large amount of aluminum crust and copper cable were used in the traditional electronic aid of missile. Therefore the traditional system exist several disadvantages such as huge volume, large weight and so on. Aiming at the above disadvantages, a Multi-Function Structure (MFS) prototype based on MFS technology was promoted and designed in the paper, which realize the integrated design of electric function, thermal control layer, mechanical shell and so on of prototype. At the same time, the equipment quality and occupied space are reduced; the anti-overloading characteristic and reliability are improved.Firstly the paper introduced the concept of MFS. Then introduce the advantage and design method, component function of MFS. The key techniques of MFS are detailed including: the MCM technique, flexibility circuit technology, thermal control technique. Secondly redesigned the circuit of prototype machine and described the circuit design of the new prototype. Thirdly the paper analyzed the stress concentration problem of the hole of the MFS board, including the shape of the hole, the size of the hole, the different position of the hole, and the distance of the two holes. Then design the circuit arrangement and prototype structure according to the conclusion of the emulation. By doing the stress emulation analysis,heat emulation analysis and dynamics emulation analysis, the reliability of designed system was proved. Finally,made several experiment such as: high-low temperature test, aging selection test of the whole machine, shaker selection test of the whole machine, highway transportation test of the whole machine. According to the above experiment results tested whether the prototype can satisfy the experiment request. In a word, the paper demonstrates the feasibility of the equipment based on MFS used in the domain of aerospace, and promotes the development of MFS Technology in the domestic aerospace domain.
