Two topics "The design of special purpose display control circuit of digital storage oscilloscope" and "The design of multi-function trigger circuit of digital storage oscilloscope" are discussed in this paper, the two electric circuit's functions, the project objective and the design proposal are elaborated in detail.The paper first introduced the design of special-purpose display control circuit of digital storage oscilloscope in detail, introduced the electric circuit's functions. According to different module's functions, discussed the LCD controller's design, the dual port RAM controller's design and the data processing module design successively, introduced each module's function, the detailed design proposal separately, and also aimed at some modules to make the essential timing simulation as well as the simulation result analysis.Then the paper introduced the design of multi-function trigger circuit of digital storage oscilloscope. The goal of oscilloscope's trigger is to start from the identical position of waveforms when each time demonstrates the waveforms on LCD, and the waveforms can be stable. The multi-function trigger circuit's major function is to realize the condition (code pattern) trigger. The article first introduced the function of trigger circuit, and next elaborated the multi-function circuit's objective and design proposal, then discussed the design of the trigger source selection module, trigger condition set module, state machine of trigger enable, elaborated every module's function, design method and simulation results' analysis, then last introduced the debug process and debug result.
